General

Contact will be made within 24 hrs of Commission Order Purchase to preferred method of contact.By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:I, Lizzie Lance (the artist):• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.• I reserve the right to edit Expected Date of Delivery (EDD) due to unforeseen circumstances. This will be communicated to you (the customer).• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned model/artwork. You do not need to reference me on social media but if you use the artwork for commercial use then please credit my work in product descriptions.• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned model/artwork.• I will NOT profit further from the commission model/artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the client/commissioner):
• Your first payment is agreement to Terms of Service• You may NOT cancel an order after initial payment is made. Requests of edits can be made but limited up to 5 edits.• You must complete full payment before receiving the completed model/artwork.• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. You may use your Model for the purchased intended use.• You may NOT alter the commissioned model/artwork without my (the artist's) consent. (i.e. use for memes, editing to a different style, etc)• You may use the Model in Posing programs such as VRM Dollplay, etc. to create photos for your personal/commercial use.• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).• If for commercial use, You may use the artwork for profit ONLY for what is achievable with the provided max image sizes. Artwork will not be increased from original size but can be decreased via your selected programs.

VRModel General Expectations

  • Payment Cycle Amount can be negotiable (made in monthly, bi-weekly, etc). This service is non-refundable. Product will be received on completion of final payment.

  • Upon initial payment, contact will be made within 24 hrs.

  • The EDD can be approximately two months or longer, you will be kept informed of all progress and sent requests as appropriate for the commission.

  • If I have found an item that is better than my own scope of skill (such as Model Clothes, Attachments, etc) and created by another artist, I will inform you of the matter as I request approval of use for your model.

  • A document can be provided should the works of other artists be used for the final production.

  • Photography Bundle will include final photos for personal use & raw photos for further commercial use, such as POD products. There will be size limitations.

  • Please expect to provide an Email to receive the final product. If an email can not be provided, then expect to receive the product from a Google Drive link.

Artwork General Expectations

  • Payment Cycle Amount can be negotiable (made in monthly, bi-weekly, etc). This service is non-refundable. Product will be received on completion of final payment.

  • Please provide references and ideas of what is desired in the final artwork.

  • Sketches will be sent for approval and there can be up to 5 edits to the sketches.

  • Upon final approval of the Sketch, progress will be continued with notifications of progress provided until the finalizing of the artwork.

  • Please expect to provide an Email to receive the final product. If an email can not be provided, then expect to receive the product from a Google Drive link.
